Children's Service Advisers (CSAs) are the Government's key advisers for children's services in the region and play a central role in leading the changes in children’s services.
Working in partnership with each Director of Children’s Services (DCS) and a range of other partners in local areas, CSAs cover the full spectrum of services for children and young people. They also work closely with a range of other strategic advisers across the region to build the capacity of local areas to deliver the Change for Children in London.
