Their aim is to outline the contours of a comprehensive, multi-agency violent youth gang strategy that can be translated into practice in gang-affected neighbourhoods.
The conference will be relevant to policy makers, professionals and managers in children's and educational services, community safety, policing, youth and community work and mental health services who work in gang-affected neighbourhoods or whose work involves dealing with the consequences of violent youth gangs
