Government Office for London (GOL), and London Councils, through the Young London Matters Initiative (YLM) hosted this Annual London Children in Care Flagship Conference at the British Library, Camden, NW1 on 27th March 2009.
The conference was aimed primarily at practitioners and Managers working in local authorities and London services for young people in, and leaving care.
