Young People in Care Post-16 Transition Conference

This conference on 26th June from 10.00 - 16.00 was co-hosted by Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College and the London Borough of Ealing.
90 colleagues from relevant agencies, with a particular focus on Further Education, came together to explore barriers and solutions to successful transition to post 16 education and beyond.
The event aimed to foster partnership working between social services and mainstream further education. Download presentations and documents from the day.
